Charme Textile Dyeworks uses quality dyestuff and has been set up with state-of-the-art equipment to meet the rigorous demands of the world market.
The latest generation of soft flow jets combined with superior water circulation systems ensures the least distortion of delicate lace/fabric. High temperature beam machines are used to maintain the high standards of fastness required. The stenter using the latest air circulation systems and burner heating technology are used to set and dress the lace/fabric under optimum conditions.
Two spacious laboratories are provided at the dyehouse.
The dyeing laboratory is fitted with infrared dyeing equipment to give rapid response to lab, dye requests and new recipe production. The latest color computer system ensures quality control, recipe prediction and storage of spectral data information.
The quality control laboratory is in a controlled humidity environment and provides a full range of testing equipment for color fastness, burst strength, extension, and modulus along with washing stability and durability checks.
